Home of the Sea Lions
Weekly Meets & Championship - Meets start at 6:00pm. Home teams warm up at 4:45 and away teams at 5:15. We usually gather the volunteers by 5:45 to make sure everything is in place.
Practices -
Divers are encouraged to attend all practices if possible. If there are unique changes to the practice schedule from week-to-week, they will be sent out via email.
Tentative Practice Schedule
Practice will start May 22
Practices will be M, F 5:30-6:30pm
Starting June 5, two additional days will be added: T,TH 9am-10am.
Starting June 10, Saturday morning practice may be added starting 9-10am.

Triangle Diving Association Championship
(each diver much compete in two dive meets to qualify for the TDA Championship
July 13- at Wood Valley 4:30 PM
July 15- at Duke 7:00 PM
